One of our latest projects in its final phase.
We are currently finalising the delivery of our latest project in Sydney – the 4900m² fitout for Quantium...
As business continues to expand, Quantium’s operations have become disconnected across a number of part floors on Bligh St and a more cohesive, community-focused space is required.
8 Chifley is set up perfectly for Quantium, with the upper 2 floors part of a ‘village’ that includes a central staircase and large void providing expansive views to the north, west and east of the city. The lower three floors are also connected with a village feel, and we are undertaking works to add a new staircase to link all 5 floors and really open up the entire space.
We’ve provided seating for up to 600 people, allowing for growth in the future and have implemented a hybrid of activity-based working spaces to each level. This hybrid approach includes ‘scrum’ rooms, hot laptop points, quiet nooks and enclosed rooms with a ‘town hall’ facility serving as a multiple space for breakout sessions, meetings and general working. Set in the void, it is accessible from every level and provides a fantastic forum for full company meetings, reinforcing the team culture that Quantium has built over the years.
Stay tuned for more news and images as we complete the work during February.
