    Following the purchase of 175 Castlereagh St, Centuria commissioned Valmont to upgrade the vacant spaces throughout the building in order to generate leasing interest and modernise the building. The wider brief requested that Valmont’s specifications and design could then be rolled out throughout the building as tenants vacated or re-signed their lease.

    Along with the ground floor refurbishment and base building refurbishment including lift lobbies and bathrooms, Valmont designed two leasing suites of 180m2 that were both leased within 4 months of their completion.
