  • To assist with marketing multiple vacancies at 215 Adelaide Street, the investment management firm Challenger asked Valmont to provide a tailored design solution for a partial display suite on Level 23.

    Central to the brief was to showcase how to ‘treat’ or best interpret and utilise areas of the building for maximum impact and tenant appeal. Supporting this, the response needed to include a multi-floor make good and amenities upgrade, in line with the building’s premium foyer refurbishment.

  • Valmont partnered with Challenger and Jones Lang Lasalle, their appointed leasing team, to create a showcase of options for tenants to consider when creating their own workplace, either on Level 23 or on other floors.

    Reception and breakout areas were designed and constructed to highlight the building’s orientation and best view corridors, while options for the work area were demonstrated through a range of working styles: traditional, stand up and focused working.

    Four alternative floor finishes were incorporated, with two types of ceiling solutions demonstrated. The result was a considered, confident platform of fitout options for the discerning tenant to adopt and build on at their discretion.
