  • The lobby of this North Sydney building was aged and tired and demanded not only a modernisation but also an aesthetic enhancement to its appealing proportions. A key element of the brief was to engage the building more firmly with the streetscape, connecting the café and lobby to create appropriate interaction.

  • We refurbished the lobby and café to present a boutique, warm feel, using new timber floorings, cladding to lifts, directory board and architectural lighting features. The foyer was designed to activate the whole entry to the building, encouraging circulation between café and lobby.

The result is a warm, inviting environment which presents professionally for current and prospective tenants.

  • Kingsmede was formed in 1992 by Andrew Potter with the purchase of a small industrial estate in western Sydney. From this initial investment Kingsmede has evolved into a diverse boutique property business holding a portfolio of significant commercial and industrial assets across Australia. Kingsmede’s approach to property investment involves rigorous attention to detail in acquiring investments and never losing sight of the property fundamentals of each asset.
