50 Berry Street
- The lobby of this North Sydney building was aged and tired and demanded not only a modernisation but also an aesthetic enhancement to its appealing proportions. A key element of the brief was to engage the building more firmly with the streetscape, connecting the café and lobby to create appropriate interaction.
We refurbished the lobby and café to present a boutique, warm feel, using new timber floorings, cladding to lifts, directory board and architectural lighting features. The foyer was designed to activate the whole entry to the building, encouraging circulation between café and lobby.
The result is a warm, inviting environment which presents professionally for current and prospective tenants.
