  • With this premium building offer being repositioned and fully refurbished, a bespoke display suite was needed that would appeal to potential high end tenants and further enhance the appeal of 5 Martin Place.

    Given the iconic nature of the ‘Moneybox’ building and its rich heritage, we were asked to create two very distinct suites that paid respect to the past and envisioned the future, in line with the building refurbishment itself. Both needed to reflect the needs of the modern business while offering maximum use of space.

  • We created two suites – a timeless, mid-century modern suite with all the agile working needs that a small business would have in 2016, and a second, larger suite comprising a sleek, stylised interior that would be a perfect home for both an IT company or a boutique law firm. Clever use of materials and textures throughout the spaces are what make them stand out from the standard display suite fitout.
