  • Starting up a brand new executive recruitment firm, founded by some of the top recruitment talent in Australia, meant a new and inspiring workplace was needed for the team.

    It was critical that the outcome was sensitive to the features of the Harry Seidler building in which the office was located, so using this as a base FutureYou Executive Recruitment​ tasked the Valmont design team to create an environment that was professional, seamless and functional while introducing an element of playfulness and expressing the personality of the business.

  • Focal to the fit out is a reception/welcoming space that frames the picturebook windows and stunning water views. The front house of the area is formal, light and bright, with immediate access to views upon entering.

    Using a series of operable walls the space can be transformed to reveal the boardroom, richly appointed with rich timbers, leathers and tweed fabrics. The open plan workspace is simple and flexible, planned to accommodate growth as the business establishes itself.

    However, the piece de resistance is the team’s breakout space: coupling luxury gold, olive and metallic tones with neon signage and atmospheric lighting, this unique area pulls the ambience of outside bars into the realm of the business.
