Through our structured Performance and Development Reviews we seek to not only provide staff feedback and development but provide an open channel to management for opportunities to improve across all company processes.
Whilst we are working hard to delight our clients, we also ensure we maintain our team ideals through training and fun team building exercises.
These range from participating in versions of the Amazing Race or sketching each other to annual whole of company get togethers to reinforce our purpose for being.
We have also lent our collective efforts to charitable events including the renovation of the bedroom of a seriously ill young lady and being highly competitive at trivia, to raise funds for a school for children with intellectual disabilities.
