The aim was to position 288 Edward Street as a ‘destination’, creating a home away from home.
We wanted visitors to look forward to returning to the workplace and aspired to create a real sense of belonging through the creation of a boutique workplace that is much more than just an office. Holistically, we were to deliver a design which complemented BVN’s design and the building architecture.
We drew inspiration from BVN’s lobby design and world renowned hotel designs to create unexpected impactful spaces, leaving visitors with memorable impressions. The design aimed to improve user experience by playing to people’s emotions, encouraging physical and emortional connections and fostering wellbeing.
Also included in the project were redesigns to common areas as well as individual tenancies, to maximise appeal and ultimately maximise leasing opportunities for any upcoming vacancies.
We acknowledge the traditional custodians of the land on which we stand. We pay respect to the Elders past, present and emerging and extend that respect to other First Nations people.
