Valmont worked closely and collaboratively with Mirvac and the building’s leasing agents to position the vacant tenancy at 189 Grey Street to appeal to a broad tenant market, with immediate visual appeal.

Capitalising on existing fitout and an integrated makegood approach, we delivered a workplace that answers to the rapidly evolving needs of businesses in our post-pandemic world, where inclusivity, flexibility, collaboration and knowledge-sharing are prioritised.
