Our DNA is shared with design consultancy, Geyer and we encourage design to be the framework for every project. We guide clients through the entire process, working collaboratively to unpack and identify requirements, finalise design and delivery plans and budgets, and construct and deliver the finished solution.

Working with Geyer, we are able to provide the full suite of integrated services that cover the entire journey from initial briefing to move-in, ensuring clients feel comfortable, confident and ultimately delighted in our work.

Pre-feasibility studies

We provide pre-feasibility services for tenants who wish to truly understand their spatial requirements. We undertake interviews with a cross section of an organisation to understand their functional and aspirational requirements and translate the responses, alongside our knowledge of ‘future workplaces’ into a spatial recommendation.
